  • Are you AVS licensed?
    Yes, we are AVS Licensed. Our kitchen has undergone stringent check by the authorities and we have in place a stringent operation procedure for our staff.
  • Does FOLF SG have a physical location?
    At the moment, FOLF SG operates strictly as an online store. We do not have any available cakes for browsing or purchasing on site. Our physical address is strictly for orders fulfilment only.
  • What are your operating hours?
    Our online store is open for open 24/7 however fulfilment are only available Tuesday to Sundays between 10am to 7pm. We are closed on Mondays. Please note that self-collection will only be available from 11am onwards.
  • What modes of payment do you accept?
    For all online orders, we are currently accepting payment via our payment service - HitPay which accept payment via credit card, or PayNow.
  • Do you accept expedited order request?
    Our kitchen team understands that sometimes, things don't go according to plan. That's why we offer last-minute, urgent cake requests with a nominal fee. Whether you forgot a loved one's birthday, need a cake for an impromptu celebration, or just have a sudden craving for cake, we've got you covered. To check on the availability of our last-minute cake service, simply get in touch with us and we'll do our best to make sure you get the cake you need, when you need it. Our team of experienced bakers can create delicious cakes in a variety of flavors and styles, so you can be sure that your cake will not only be delivered on time but will also be a hit with your guests.   • When must i put in my order?
    Our kitchen team takes pride in providing freshly baked produces that are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. We believe that using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients is key to creating delicious cakes that exceed our customers' expectations. To ensure that our cakes are always at their best, we require a lead time of 3 working days (Cut off time : 1pm)for all cake orders (except for Pronto), order receive after 1pm will be processed the next working day. This allows us to carefully source and procure the freshest ingredients available and to meticulously plan and execute our baking process with precision. Our diligent baking process ensures that each cake is made to perfection, with great care and attention paid to every detail. From the mixing of ingredients to the decorating of the finished product, we strive to create cakes that not only look beautiful but also taste amazing for your dogs!
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you can cancel your order. However, please note that an administrative charge of 5% of the total cart value (for orders above $200) or $10 (Orders <$200) will be imposed. The refund will be provided in the form of store credit. Cancellation for orders less than 48 hours from their stipulated delivery/collection date is not allowed.
  • Is there a time limit for canceling an order?
    Yes, orders can only be canceled before 48 hours of delivery/collection date.. After this time, changes or cancellations might not be possible. Please kindly reach out to our team as soon as possible.
  • What happens if I want to make changes to my order after 24 hours?
    If you wish to make changes to your order after the 24-hour cancellation period, an administrative charge of $10 will be incurred for any modifications made. However, for same-day order, changes will not be allowed.
  • Can I receive a cash refund for a canceled order?
    No, refunds for canceled orders will only be provided in the form of store credit. The administrative charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • What if my selected collection/delivery date is less than 48 hours away? Can I still cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled if the selected collection or delivery date is less than 48 hours away. This policy ensures that we can fulfill and prepare your order in a timely manner.
  • How will the administrative charge be deducted from the refund amount?
    The administrative charge will be calculated as 5% or $10 (for order less than $200) of the total cart value or a flat fee of $10 for changes made after 24 hours. This amount will be deducted from the refund before it is provided as store credit.
  • Can I use the store credit for future purchases?
    Yes, the store credit can be used for future purchases on our website or in-store. It will be applied as a payment method during the checkout process.
  • What should I do if I want to cancel or make changes to my order?
    To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide them with your order details and specify the changes you would like to make. They will guide you through the process and provide further assistance as needed.
